Frost Sullivan Awards Trackunit For Customer Value

Chicago, IL – February 18, 2019 – Trackunit is proud to announce that it has been awarded the 2018 North American Off-Highway Vehicle Telematics Customer Value Leadership Award by Frost and Sullivan for its overall performance in off-highway telematics.

Trackunit, a global leader in telematics technology and innovation, received the recognition as a part of Frost & Sullivan’s 2018 Best Practices Awards.

According to Frost & Sullivan, Trackunit earned the award based on its well- equipped solutions and strategies to serve both direct customers and established OEMs.

“We are happy to honor Trackunit with this award,” said Gokulnath Raghavan, industry analyst, Frost & Sullivan. “Trackunit has a superior strategy for offering value to its customers compared to similar offerings from its competitors. Also, they have a tremendous understanding of OHV and OEM interests.”

“This award represents what we strive for on a daily basis,” said Jeff Cohen, Trackunit president. “While Trackunit is well known for its user-friendly telematics software systems and our ability to connect all areas of the ecosystem from fleet owners, operators, and OEMs, our strength is in our customer service. We offer our customers the most comprehensive systems, services and result-oriented processes. This has proven advantageous when executing on our deployments and maintaining high levels of satisfaction with our customers.

”Trackunit uses a Net Promoter Scores (NPS), a well-known standard customer feedback mechanism to ensure high standards and a continuous focus on customer service. The management tool helps Trackunit gauge the loyalty of its customers and relationships statuses over time.

Frost & Sullivan researched Trackunit’s value proposition against others in the space and agreed that Trackunit:

  • builds relationships with OEMs and supports their ability to help connect the ecosystem easily for customers
  • mobile-first approach not only takes data from the hardware, but also connects the entire maintenance, safety, and efficiency metrics through mobile platforms
  • controls its hardware and helps Trackunit’s pricing strategy stay extremely competitive in the off-highway telematics market
